By simply accompanying your client on their first visit to Inspirada and registering in person or by phone at 888-KB-HOMES, real estate professionals earn a percentage-based commission. Clients registered at any other KB Home community are automatically registered at Inspirada and commissions are paid at closing. Please contact KB Home for details.
With Pardee Homes’ REALTOR® Rewards program, real estate professionals receive the assigned commissions plus an additional $1000 bonus on the second and any additional homes sold. Please contact Pardee Homes for the complete details of this program.
To enjoy the many benefits of Toll Brothers’ Real Estate Professionals Rewards Program, simply complete the registration form on your client’s first visit to Inspirada. You’ll then be eligible to receive a 3% commission on the base price of the home (unless otherwise stated), 50% advanced commission paid upon buyer’s loan approval (with the balance of the commission paid at closing) and a Broker’s Relocation Referral Fee paid at 100%.
